postmortem part4

yes by this time u must have understood that he has cleared the test.and he is one of the two who cleared the test from his class(well, about this too , many people said many things.....). the interview is conducted at 1am, yes you read it right it s at 1 am but its not something to bother about the interview is good.but not as good as the open-silicon one,even then he thought he will go through it as there are not too many candidates selected in the written test they said they will conduct telephonic HR interview after 2 days and the phone never rang , after 2 days he got a mail saying that none from the college selected.

why all this happened ???????????????????

postmortem part3

well he is disappointed with the result but he thought something bigger and brtter is waiting for him.well thats the only thing he can do.............

yes this time bigger and better company came the Texas Instruments ( may be dream company of every vlsi engineer). as he is very much disappointed thought may be he is not able to even clear the test. but this man is made of something special what ever he thinks will never happen it would be better if he thinks the other way may be then he may get what he want.
but how he can think like that????????????????????

postmortem part2

here is the second part of postmortem.....

well the idle man is happy with a job(sorry vlsi job) in wipro and he has not expected a job in A grade electronics companies which are visiting the campus. he know what he is capable of but the people around him used to tell him that he will get in a better company than this.he attended 2,3 more companies and gave dummy tests to help those who are not yet selected after15 days or so (aug 11th to be precise )came the first A grade vlsi company"OPEN SILICON ".the test was not that difficult but as usual he did many silly mistakes.waited for a day for results he thought as the paper was easy all will write well and he will not be selected for interview but by somehow he got selected for the interview (may be this is due to his cpi not because of his marks in test as some would say).until then he thought he is not that good to join the company but once the results of test are out he thought he is having a fair chance of getting the job ,well there are many reasons according to him for that.next day for the interview he dressed as if they offered him the job. the first round interview went well then he along with 2 other called for the second round in this round also his performance is good (this is according to him).they said they will announce the results on aug 15th they did not declared the results on that day idle man is very tensed even though he thought he will get this job.he even thought that may be they have not selected any body.he went sleep less that night on 16 th he went out of campus for some work then came the results and his name is not there in the list and he is the only one omitted from the final three who got selected for second round.the second big blow...........
