వచ్చే వారం నా ఉద్యోగా జీవితానికి మూడేళ్ళు. its been three years in wipro and wanted to write something about this journey. so here i go but what to write? మూడేళ్ళలోనా జీతం రెండితలు కానీ ఇప్పడది అప్రస్తుతం
so this journey of three years has not been the bumpy ride what i thought it would be when i first joined it. Heard many guys saying wipro is not very good company to join being a masters holder in vlsi but i didnt had much option then. Those were the days when lehman brothers bankrupt and the global turndown started so allmost all companies stopped hiring, though i attended a couple of interiews at that time i was not confident and sure of my abilities. i used to tell evryone in the college that first deserve and then desire when they said abt me getting a job in a good company. I was not very confident then and thought i dont have enough knowledge to get into a proper VLSI company. three years gone by now i know wat im doing and confident enough to get into a good company and wipro gave me this confidence.
I know wipro didnt paid me enough............
I know wipro didnt give the enoughg recognition i deserve...........
I know wipro is not a very grate place to work for.............
but it gave me the confidence for building a better future afterall its my first company.
hope and wish this wil be my last year here :) :)
